1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use damianistores.com, book an appointment, or buy from Damiani, 8865 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33156. By booking, signing up or buying, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Returns Policy are part of these terms.

2. Using our site

You must be 18 or older to book or buy. Please don't misuse the site: no spam, scraping, hacking, or false information.

3. Appointments

Appointments booked online are requests until confirmed. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call +1 305 661 0002 or email shop@damianistores.com as early as you can.

4. Products and prices

We work hard to show colors, fabrics and prices accurately, but screens vary and mistakes happen. Prices can change without notice, and "from" prices (for example, custom suits from $1,200) depend on the fabric and details you choose. If a price was listed in error, we will tell you before you pay.

5. Custom and made-to-measure garments

Custom orders are paid in full when you place them. We order your fabric and begin cutting the morning after your order is processed. If you cancel on the same day you place your order, we will give you a full refund. After that, if your maker allows it and your fabric has not yet been ordered and cut, we will cancel your order and refund you. Once the fabric has been ordered, a custom order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. We will always correct any defect in workmanship, and fit adjustments are handled at your fittings.

6. Returns

We do not give refunds on returns. Unworn, unaltered ready-to-wear items with original tags may be returned within 30 days for store credit, as described in our Returns Policy.

7. Our content

Text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Damiani or the brands we carry. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Brand names belong to their owners.

8. Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as brand sites and social media. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer and limits of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Damiani is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top, and we will not apply changes to an order or appointment already confirmed.
