Returns and Exchanges
At Damiani, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase. Simply follow the guidelines below:
- Returns are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days or store credit if returned within 30 days with a receipt. If you don't have a receipt and we can't look-up your transaction, you'll receive store credit for the lowest selling price.
- Damiani will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, altered, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
- Full-priced merchandise, received within 14 days will be refunded based on the current selling price.
- Full-priced merchandise, received within 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price.
- Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered, monogrammed or personalized items or any items marked FINAL SALE including swimwear, intimate items, jewelry and cologne.
- We recognize that returns are important to our customers. Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and Damiani reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at Damiani stores or damianistores.com.
How to Make a Return
Bring your merchandise to your local Damiani with the original receipt or gift receipt. If you would like to exchange your purchase, we'll help you find the right item.

To start your return you will need to send us an email including your order number and the reason for your return within 30 days of your purchase. You will be emailed a UPS return label for your package.
- PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
- Pack your return securely, in the original package, if possible, and include your printed invoice.
- Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
- SHIP IT
When your package is ready, you can drop off your shipment at any UPS location.
