Silk From Como
Sera Fine Silk makes silk accessories in Italy, and Damiani Miami carries its pocket squares, bow ties and suspenders. Each piece is designed in Milan and made with family-run workshops in Como, the center of Italian silk production for more than 600 years.
The brand, written Serà, grew from founder Francesca Serafin's lifelong love of silk. The first pocket square, made in 2013 from vintage silk, led to 50 hand-sewn pieces sold in a single evening. In 2014 Serafin turned to the brand full-time with exclusive silk designs, and in 2018 Serà debuted at Pitti Uomo.
The pocket squares have hand-rolled edges, and the suspenders are covered entirely in silk, down to the elastic at the back.
