Gran Sasso is one of Italy's great knitwear houses, and Damiani Miami carries its knits. Four brothers, Nello, Eraldo, Alceo and Francesco Di Stefano, founded the company in 1952 in Sant'Egidio alla Vibrata, a village in Abruzzo.
The family still makes every garment in Italy, in yarns that range from cashmere and Super Tasmania wool to cotton, linen and silk.
